A Festival Like No Other

Busfest has grown into the UK's largest and most anticipated VW Transporter festival, drawing in over 25,000 visitors each year. What began in 1994 as a small gathering of van lovers has evolved into a full-blown spectacle with more than 8,000 vehicles on display, including 3,000 camping units. For three days every September, Malvern becomes the hub for VW fans from all over the country, offering an unrivalled experience in a location that boasts full showground facilities and a vibrant atmosphere.

Music and Entertainment

The entertainment at Busfest 2024 is nothing short of spectacular. This year, the Sheep Shed Stage will rock to the sounds of GROWLER, an Oxfordshire-based rock covers band known for their energetic performances. Also lighting up the stage will be Rammlied, the UK’s top Rammstein tribute band, who promise to deliver an electrifying show complete with the pyrotechnics and industrial sound that have made Rammstein famous worldwide.

But that’s just the beginning. The festival also features the incredible Stuntworld International Stunt Team, who will leave you on the edge of your seat with their death-defying motorcycle and vehicle stunts. From ramp jumps to two-wheel driving, their performances are packed with thrills and spills, all delivered with a hefty dose of humour from the commentator.

Families will love the variety of activities on offer, from Angie’s Animal Antics, where you can get up close with a range of fascinating creatures, to the Jennings Brothers Funfair, which features rides for both the young and the brave-hearted.

For those with a creative flair, the Severn Hall will be buzzing with kids' craft activities, including pottery painting and face painting by Jumuna, who will even be offering some special Volkswagen-themed designs. And don’t miss Kenny the Clown, a Busfest staple, who will be delighting kids with his balloon artistry throughout the weekend.

Unique Performances and Quirky Attractions

Busfest is also known for its quirky and unique performances. This year, keep an eye out for SoXsighted, a visually impaired Morris dancing group who will be performing outside the Information Centre on Saturday morning. And if you’re a fan of soap bubbles, don’t miss the legendary Samsam Bubble Man, a Guinness World Record breaker who will be dazzling crowds with his bubble creations.

As you wander the showground, you’re likely to encounter a host of walkabout entertainers like THE 2MEN causing playful chaos, or CHALKIE THE CHIMP cruising around in his red truck (we’ll forgive him for not driving a VW!).
